おうちでお洗濯する予定のお品物については、お洗濯してからお直しに出してください。お洗濯と乾燥の方法が各ご家庭で違うように、各々お洋服の縮み具合も異なります。せっかくお体に合わせてお直しするものなので、その洋服を今後どのように洗濯するかを決めて、そのように洗濯＆乾燥してからお持ちください。
Please bring the clothing that you need to alter after washing the way you usually do, considering clothing shrinkage.
納期について

繁忙期（※１）は、通常より時間がかかりますこと何卒ご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。（※１：衣替えの時期やイベントが集中するような時期：3~5月・9月~12月など）
Hemming is usually done in 3days but it will take more than 2weeks when it is a busy season like from March to May and from September to December.
料金について
About the prices
お直しの料金は、他店様を参考にさせていただいている他、１．時間、２．スペース、３．技術、これらを考慮して値段をつけています。しかし、瞬時に値段をつけるのは非常に難しく、後で後悔することが多々あります。
2023年からは、最初の提示額は概算による見積もり金額、完成後に正式な料金として請求させていただく形にさせていただきます。見積もり金額が20000円以上の場合、前金として10,000円を前金としてお支払いください。ご不便おかけしますが、何卒宜しくお願い致します。
When I price clothing alterations, I consider the following three things besides researching other shops' prices.
1. Time: How long it might take.
2. Space: How much space it might need, like a whole table or only the half of it.
3. Technique: how difficult it might be, like curves, a lot of parts that are needed to unseam, and the use of some other sewing products beside threads and needles such as interlining.
It is very hard to tell you the exact price before alterations. Therefore, from January 2023, the first price that I offer is just an estimate and I will give you the proper price after alterations. When the first estimate is over 20,000 yen, please pay 10,000 yen for the advance.

汚れや穴、キズについて、事前にご確認ください。納品後のシミや穴などの責任は負えませんので予めご了承くださいませ。
Please check stains and holes on the items before bringing in. I cannot be held responsible for the stains and holes after altering and/or repair.
品物の保管について
Period of keeping the items
修理後、受け取りに来られずご連絡もない場合、1年を過ぎたお品物については、処分させていただくこともございます。またその後の代金のご返金は致しませんので予めご了承ください。
The altered items are held at the most 1 year.
万が一の補償について
Compensation in case anything goes wrong
洋服のお直しには補償してもらえるビジネス保険がありません。間違えたら切腹するくらいの気持ちで取り組んでいますが、万が一のことがあれば、私には補償ができません。工程などはブログで紹介しておりますので、高額アイテムのお直しをご希望されるお客様は、参考例として当店のサイトのページを他店で見せてご依頼されても良いと思います。
仕上がりにご満足いただけない場合は、直ちに縫い直させていただきますので、お受け取り後1週間以内に、ご遠慮なくお申し出ください。
If you are not satisfied with the finished product, please do not hesitate to notify me within one week of receipt.
パーカーリメイクについて
注）市販のファスナーを利用するとしても、繁忙期は納期に1か月以上かかることもありますが、2～3週間でお渡しできるようにがんばっています。
こちらでルーチン化していないリメイク内容であれば、お問い合わせの返答にも時間がかかります。ご迷惑おかけします。
※もともとのポケットが中心からずれて縫われている場合でも、そのままリメイクします。
左右のポケットの大きさが異なる仕上がりになることもございますのでご了承くださいませ。
